Pia Capital is a discretionary global macro hedge fund manager, trading commodities, foreign exchange, equities and fixed income. Pia Capital uses an opportunistic trading strategy, investing in highly-liquid instruments, with a short-term investment horizon between three weeks and three months.

Launched in early 2009, the Pia Macro Master Fund Ltd. (Fund) uses a master-feeder structure, with offshore and onshore investment vehicles and levered and non-levered share classes. Pia Capital also offers a flexible managed account program, which may be customized to target specific asset allocations (i.e. commodities only) and desired leveraged.

Christopher L. Pia, founder and CEO, has more than 20 years experience in hedge fund management. Prior to starting Pia Capital, Mr. Pia spent his professional career at Moore Capital. As a founding member of Moore Capital, Mr. Pia was responsible for overseeing global trading and became a senior portfolio manager responsible for a $1.2 billion portfolio.
